Do you repair SCUF controllers?

Yes. The configurator covers current and older PlayStation, Xbox and PC SCUF families, with an “Other / not sure” option for uncommon builds.

Can you repair Battle Beaver, AIM and other custom builds?

Yes, subject to inspection and parts availability. Custom wiring, remap boards and trigger systems can differ, so GP Controllers confirms any price-changing work before proceeding.

Can you install Hall Effect or TMR sticks?

These options appear when you select a stick-related fault. Final suitability depends on the controller’s main board, installed modifications and calibration requirements.

Why are the prices marked “from”?

Pro controllers are not internally identical. The starting estimate covers the selected route, while unusual third-party parts, damaged wiring or multiple unrelated faults may need a revised quote.

What should I send?

Send the controller only unless the fault involves a detachable cable, receiver or another accessory. Your order confirmation should contain the final packing and postage instructions.

Will you contact me before doing extra work?

Yes. The order records that price-changing work needs your approval first.
