1. About Us
GP Controllers provides custom controller modifications and repair services for PlayStation and Xbox controllers.
2. Send-In Services
Customers sending controllers for modification or repair are responsible for packaging the controller securely for shipping.
3. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 3-7 working days after receiving your controller. This may vary depending on workload and parts availability.
4. Warranty
All repair and modification work is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping
Free return shipping is included for UK mainland orders over £25.
Gp controllers does not hold any responsibility for controllers damaged in transit.
We use royal mail tracked return with insurance covering damages occured during return. We advise all customers do the same when posting your controller to us.
6. Customer Responsibility
Controllers must not have liquid damage or severe motherboard damage unless agreed prior to repair.
7. Modifications
Controller modifications may void the manufacturer warranty from Sony or Microsoft.
8. Refunds
Refunds are available before work begins. Once work has started, refunds may not be possible.
9. Liability
GP Controllers is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or issues unrelated to the performed repair.
